uploading images

BSU Pergola in WinterYou can upload images to WP. We’ll look at how in class on Wednesday, but if you want to get a start, have a look at the WP FAQ

The image here was taken with a cell phone, sent to .Mac, downloaded from .Mac to my computer, then uploaded to WP and embedded in this post. The image is a thumbnail that WP creates, linked to a full sized version. Click on it.

  1. Dr. Morgan,
Even though I’m not taking a class from you this semester, you are still teaching me something new!! Thanks! Sure beats saving everything in Photobucket!

  2. Addendum: Uploading images to other online sites lets you optimize and adjust the image, which is a Good Thing. They are useful for that.

There are also some online image editors available that will let you edit, adjust, and optimize. My current fave is Picnik.
